Namewright is a one-time $49 naming decision report. If your report does not help you move forward, email support@namewright.co within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it.

We also refund technical failures, duplicate payments, and missed-conflict concerns. If you found a real-world trademark conflict that the report did not surface, include the name and what you found so we can improve future screening.

The report is preliminary screening, not legal advice or trademark clearance. Refunds do not require a legal dispute or formal proof. The goal is to keep trust high and learn from every case.
