What we collect and why.

Email address

We collect your email at checkout (via Stripe) and when you request a magic sign-in link. We use it to deliver your report, send your sign-in link, and reply to support requests. We do not sell or share your email with third parties, and we do not send marketing email.

Report content

The names, description, and preferences you submit are used to generate your report. Your report is stored in Cloudflare R2 (object storage). You can re-access it via your original purchase link for 7 days, or at any time via your account at namewright.co/my-reports. To request deletion of your report data, use the contact form below.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Namewright never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Session cookie

We set one HttpOnly session cookie when you access your report or sign in. It expires in 7 days for single-report access, or 30 days if you sign in via email link. The cookie contains only a signed token — no personal data in the cookie itself. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

To delete your email, report content, or account, contact support and we will remove your data within 30 days.
